Audit of an Existing Zoho Implementation
Zirafah Zenith Teknologi provides Zoho system audits for businesses in Indonesia whose implementation is running but not delivering the expected results. Your Zoho system is running, but the results aren't what you expected. The audit maps the cause before anything gets changed.
Who this is for
For companies already using Zoho who haven't gotten the results they expected: messy data, a team that doesn't use it, automation that doesn't work, or reports no one trusts.
What gets checked
- Data model and module structure
- Workflows, blueprints and automation rules
- Custom functions and Deluge code
- Access rights, roles and data security
- Integrations between applications and outside systems
- Data duplication and quality
- Reports, dashboards and management needs
- Process gaps and user adoption levels
What you receive
A structured document, not just verbal recommendations:
- Current state: how the system runs today
- Problems: what's holding it back, and why
- Priorities: which issues matter most
- Recommended architecture: the proposed target
- Action plan: a realistic order of work
After the audit
The audit results are yours, and can be carried out by your internal team or anyone else. There's no obligation to continue into implementation with us.
Common questions about a Zoho audit
What does a Zoho audit cover?
Module and field structure, data quality, automation and workflows, permissions, integrations, reports, and how the team actually uses the system. The output is a prioritised list of findings and recommended fixes.
How long does an audit take?
It depends on the number of apps and how complex the configuration is. An audit of one app is generally shorter than an audit of a Zoho One environment with many integrations. We estimate it after seeing an overview of your system.
Does an audit mean we have to rebuild?
No. Most findings can be fixed in stages on the live system. A rebuild is recommended only when the underlying structure cannot be fixed at a reasonable cost.
