Data we collect
We collect the data you submit through the contact form: name, company name, work email, WhatsApp number (optional), the system you currently use, and a description of your need.
How the form works
Right now, the form on this site compiles a summary of your request and forwards it through WhatsApp so you can review it before it’s sent. We do not store form data on this site’s servers.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage, including pages viewed and links clicked. We do not upload personally identifying information into analytics.
Chat feature (chatbot)
Where a chat feature is available on this site and you use it, you are talking to an automated assistant (chatbot) that can hand the conversation over to a member of our team. The data processed includes the messages you type, and your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and company name if you provide them, plus technical information such as the page you are on, your device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Conversations are processed through Zoho SalesIQ and may be recorded as a lead in Zoho CRM so that we can follow up on your request. Please do not enter sensitive data such as identity numbers, card or bank account details, or passwords into the chat.
Third-party services
This site contains links to WhatsApp, Zoho, and meeting-scheduling services. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
Storage and use
Contact data you submit is used only to follow up on your request and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your contact data by reaching out to navel.m@zirafahzenith.id.
