No. Zoho One works best rolled out in stages: one or two core processes first, then the next app once the team is comfortable. Switching on too many apps at once is a common cause of failure.
What is the difference between All Employee and Flexible User Pricing?
All Employee Pricing requires a licence for every employee in the organisation. Flexible User Pricing covers only the users who need it. The choice depends on how many staff actually use the system; see Zoho One or individual apps.
How long does a Zoho One implementation take?
It depends on the number of processes and apps being built. Zoho One projects are usually split into phases with a go-live per phase, so the team starts using the system earlier rather than waiting for the whole project.
