Zoho Implementation Pricing
We can’t give one number that fits every business. What we can do is explain what determines that number.
How implementation cost is determined
There is no single number that applies to every business. Zoho implementation cost is determined by several factors you can estimate yourself before contacting us.
- Scope: how many business processes are mapped and built
- Number of users: affects licensing, training and access management
- Number of applications: one application is very different from the full Zoho One ecosystem
- Integration: the number and complexity of other systems to connect
- Data migration: the volume, quality and complexity of legacy data
- Customization: need for custom modules, functions or applications
- Automation: the number and complexity of approval flows and workflows
- Training and support: team adoption needs after go-live
- Reporting: dashboard and management-report complexity
Tiers of work
Most projects fall into one of the following categories. The final cost range is confirmed after discovery, and set out in a written scope before work begins.
- Discovery / Audit: mapping current state and needs before building
- Single-application implementation: for example CRM only, or Books only
- Multi-application implementation: several applications with cross-module integration
- Zoho One transformation: full deployment across business functions
- Fixing an existing Zoho implementation: audit and staged fixes
- Managed support: ongoing assistance and development
Zoho licenses
Zoho license fees are paid directly by you to Zoho, under your own company’s account. We do not add a markup on top of license pricing.
