Can balances from our old accounting software be moved?
Yes. Typically we move the chart of accounts, opening balances, customers, vendors, items and open receivables or payables. Full transaction history is migrated only when it is genuinely needed, because it adds time and cost.
Does Zoho Books support several companies in a group?
Yes. Each entity can have its own Zoho Books organisation, and consolidated management reports can be built in Zoho Analytics. We map the entity structure and intercompany transactions with your finance team.
