Zoho Implementation FAQ
The questions that come up most often before a project begins.
Your company is new, why should we trust you?
The company is new. The experience behind it isn’t. Our founder spent six years at one of Southeast Asia’s established Zoho partners, including three years leading the Indonesia operation as Country Head, with 200+ implementations and 600+ clients advised across five countries.
Which Zoho applications do you work with?
Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Books, Inventory, Desk, Projects, Analytics, Creator and other supporting applications. A large part of our work is actually in the integration layer between those applications.
How much does a Zoho implementation cost?
It depends on scope, number of users, number of applications, integration needs, data migration, customization and training. The determining factors are explained on the Pricing page, and a written estimate is given after discovery.
Can you fix an existing Zoho implementation?
Yes, and it’s a large part of our work. A live Zoho environment can be audited, cleaned up and rebuilt in stages, usually cheaper and less risky than starting from zero.
Can you migrate from another system?
Yes. Migration from spreadsheets, another CRM, or accounting software covers data, object structure, automation rules and reporting. A written feasibility assessment is given before any commitment.
Can Zoho be integrated with our current systems?
Generally yes, via API, Zoho Flow, or a custom function with Deluge. We check feasibility first during discovery, including cases where integration turns out not to be possible.
Is support available in Bahasa Indonesia?
Yes. Implementation, training, documentation and support are available in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Is the work done remotely?
Yes, most work is done remotely in the same time zone (WIB). In-person meetings can be arranged as the project requires.
What happens after the system goes live?
We hand over documentation and training so your team can manage the system independently. Ongoing support is available if needed, but it’s a choice, not a dependency.
What kind of company is the best fit?
Businesses with several interdependent teams, reasonably complex processes, more than one Zoho application, integration or automation needs, or an existing Zoho implementation that isn’t yet working well.
